Hundreds of Peoples Democratic Party faithfuls on Thursday stormed the National Assembly’s entrance to protest against the alleged molestation of the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, by security agents.

The protesters were led by the National Chairman of the PDP, Prince Uche Secondus.

Secondus appealed to the international community to intervene in the events in Ekiti State.

The protesters who were received by the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, begged the National Assembly to immediately intervene in what is going on in Ekiti State.

Ekweremadu while commenting on the matter, condemned the alleged harassment and promised the protesters that the National Assembly will act on it.
