The Yoruba Youth Council, Osun State Chapter has congratulated the newly elected Governor of the State of Osun, Alh Gboyega Oyetola and his Deputy, Benedict Olugboyega Alabi over the victory recorded during the poll.
The congratulatory message was contained in a statement issued by the Chairman of the Council, Mr Kazeem Olanrewaju in Osogbo on Sunday.
Olanrewaju described the emergency of Oyetola as an opportunity to continue the good work of the outgoing administration under the leadership of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
Olanrewaju emphasized the need for the incoming administration to include the youths in its cabinet and other critical areas noting that the YYC remains the best route to access them.
He said, “YYC Osun State chapter congratulate you and your deputy, Benedict Alabi over your success in the recently conducted poll.
“Your Excellency Sir, we believe as an insider in the outgoing administration, you will find it easy to continue from when Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola will stop and also improve other areas of human endeavors in our state.
“Mr Governor-elect sir, we urge you to include the youths in your cabinet and other strategic points as the vibrancy, energy and fresh ideas of the youths are required at this critical point in time.
“We are also proud to tell you that YYC remains the best route to access the productive youth populace in the state. He added.
