Nothing good comes easy. It was a competitive contest. But at last, one must win. Victory doesn’t mean the victor is so powerful, but the people who voted him are powerful, because in democracy, power belongs to the people. Therefore, Barr. Otobong Bob’s victory is victory for all.
It was never easy from the beginning. The contest was like troubled water. But persistency and consistency of purpose was what kept him going. There were media harassments, intimidation, blackmail, etc. yet Barr. Bob was focused and victory at last.
Nsit Ubium people are unique people. They have made the best decision to vote Barr. Otobong Bob. His victory is victory for all.
One attribute that has distinguished Barr. Bob from other leaders is his love for the people. His desire has always been for others to smile. His narratives always suggest that he has the heart for the people. And now that he has won the party’s primary, his victory is victory for all.
In Nsit Ubium, there is a massive support for Gov. Udom Emmanuel, Barr. Otobong Bob and the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP). This love, without mincing words will culminate to victory.
As the contest has just started ahead of 2019, let all Nsit Ubium sons and daughters sustain this good gesture by continually speaking in one voice about the divine mandate. Let all hands be on deck to cement the victory of Gov. Udom Emmanuel and Barr. Otobong Bob. Their victory is victory for all.
