The Independent Students’ Electoral Commission of the Federation of Iwoland Students Union has on Tuesday night announced the lifting of ban on campaign activities for the coming elections of the union.
The notification message was which was signed by the Chairman of the commission, Comrade Adewale Olalekan Ridwan and the Public Relations Officer, Usman Zainab Olaitan and obtained by InsightMedia.
The statement directed all aspirants to publicly declare for the positions the are aspiring for and start their campaign immediately.
The commission also warned the aspirants to shun campaign of calumny and delve more on their developmental agenda for the union as FILSU belongs to every student of Iwoland.
Other activities lined up for the conduct of credible, transparent and acceptable election will be announced as at when due.
