The world wasnt amazed at the sacking of Jose Mourihno few weeks ago after thrashing of Manchester United by the Liverpool team at Anfield stadium by 3 goals to one courtesy of Shaqiri two second half fine goals.
The Rivalry between both teams is very strong and was unacceptable of Mourihno to heap praise on Liverpool prayers especially Robertson, some Pundits opined that this is what led to the sacking of Mourihno which now makes it the 3rd time the Portuguese is being sacked after facing a Jurgen Klopp managed team.
Mourihno having issues with his most expensive signing in world cup winner in person of Paul Pogba and other top players of the team and this has contributed to a bad atmosphere at the club as well as the coach public criticism of his players most especially Luke Shaw which make the players not giving their best as well as the displeasure in the tactics of the former Porto coach which is more defensive minded which is against the attacking flair of the red devils of Manchester United.
Following a run of bad games which put Manchester United in sixth position Jose Mourihno was axed and the search for a Permanent manager is in place and the board hired former player and current coach of Molde in Ole Gunner Solskajer as an interim manager till end of the season.
The short start of Solskajer began with a wonderful performance at Cardiff last weekend as the team showed more aggressive attacking football which was seen a long time ago with the team scoring FIVE goals and the last time the team scored fine was in 2013 which was the last game of sir Alex ferguson where the team played a 5 apiece draw.
The team was inspired courtesy of a fine 3 minutes well taken free kick which was the second time Manchester United scored early this season.
The mobile active attacking trio of Manchester United was full of energy which saw the three of them score four goals among themselves with a more tactical midfield trio of Pogba, Matic and Herrera.
United was exciting to watch again with Martial unplayable to opposition defenders and the attacking spirits exhibited by Pogba, Lingard, Martial and Rashford while going forward is typical of the known famous Manchester United under Sir Alex Ferguson.
Paul Pogba, the French international was involved in the build up to all manchester United fine goals as he played with so much confidence and flexibility.
They hold so much possession and were very confident with the ball as they were allowed so much freedom to express them self by the coach. Manchester United host Huddersfield on boxing day at Old Trafford for the first match of interim Boss Solskajer as a Manchester United at home before facing Bournemouth on the 30th of this month.
I cant doubt that he hasn’t faced a strong opposition yet but there is a positive sign and a huge sign of improvement in this Manchester United side and lets see how far they can go under new boss and former striker Solskajer
