The Osun State Youth Leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Honorable Adekunbi Tajudeen popularly known as Oji has called on the general populace in the country to move closer to God.
The lawmaker stressed that only God can deliver the country from all the crisis she’s witnessing.
The political enigma called for national unity noting that in our collective and individual resolves, we should keep Nigeria unity as priority irrespective of sectional, religion and political leanings.
Oji, while speaking at a special Thanksgiving service to mark his birthday at the “Free The Child Orphanage Home” blamed the stunted growth and development of the country on the discrimination due to ethnicity, religion differences. etc.
“I am of strong belief that for the future of our nation to be assured, we must strive to build legacies of peace, unity and most of all shun all differences among ourselves”
He used the occasion to appreciate the national leader of the party, former governor of the state, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola for his effort in making the country a better place to live.
While thanking his supporters for keeping faith with him, he expressed his gratitude to all his followers for their contentment and remain firm with him even at a time when they are being intimidated by moneybag politicians.
“I want to thank all those who did not at any time waver, those who believe in our great party, those who never traded their conscience even at the point of money enticement” He added.
