Governor Ademola Adeleke has revealed that Osun State Government will soon announce the kick-off of Imole Youths Corps.
Adeleke made this known on Tuesday while addressing stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party at the Government House in Osogbo.
The Governor also revealed that teachers recruitment will soon be completed and successful candidates will commence working at various schools across the State.
“We are trying our best for the State. Very soon, we will announce the take-off of Imole Youths Corps and teachers recruitment will soon be completed.” Adeleke said.
The Governor also said his administration just paid bursaries to students to ease economic hardship, stating that the PDP government is working for the people of the State.
He also revealed that he has spoken to the #EndBadGovernance protesters in Osun and they have agreed to suspend their demonstration forthwith in the State.
“I am happy to announce to you all that the EndBadGovernance Protest which started nationwide for over six days now have been suspended in Osun. My team met with the leaders of the protest today and we have taken note of all the demands, which I will submit to the President at the next FEC meeting.”
