The Osun state high court sitting is Ikirun has adjourned the case filed by the Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, Hon. Soji Adagunodo.
The court had on Tuesday last week granted an injunction restoring the suspended Chairman Adagunodo pending the determination of the substantive suit.
The said adjourned the case to November 25th this month, while the injunction still subsists.
Adagunodo still remains the Chairman of the party.
