Nigeria and Chelsea forward, Victor Moses has announced his retirement from the international football.
Moses made this decision known on his verified Instagram account on Wednesday.
He said he took the decision so as to focus on his club football career and also to avail the younger generations opportunity to play for Super Eagles.
He added that he has discussed his retirement with the team’s coach via a telephone call.
The 2013 African Cup of Nations Champion who also appeared at two different times for the Super Eagles at World Cup appreciated his teammates, technical crew, NFF and the Nigerians for the support.
