The Executive President of Students’ Union, University of Ilorin, Comrade Adebisi Ridwanullah popularly called REEDOF has charged all the members of the Union and General public to come and listen to what his administration has for the students in this new academic session.
The President disclosed this in a telephone conversation with INSIGHT MEDIA adding that the programme will be purely an interactive session between the students and their elected officers.
He said “ The programme is a Press Conference and believe me it is beyond the scope of this conversation. We are going to tell the students what we have for them and we will also welcme suggestions from the great Unilorites.”
“We will roll out our academic policies, welfarism packages, social plans and all others that we have put together for the students. The Vice Chancellor, who is away to Abuja to represent the University at a meeting has promised to also joined us at the middle of the programme.”
“This will serve as an avenue for the students to directly communicate whatever is bordering them to the university management.”
He implored the students and general public to come and be part of the “historic” event.
