Dr. Benedict Oluwagboyega Alabi has declared that food security, youth development, education and infrastructural development will be his administration’s utmost priority of his administration if given the mandate to run the state.
The Osun West Politician who hails from Ikire, Irewole Local Government stated this while responding to interview form Insight Media Crew in his Osun Ajose Foundation’s office in Osogbo.
He commended the present administration of the state under the leadership of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for his giant strides and colossal achievements in the development of infrastructure and education and added that his reign will consolidate on that to catapult the state to enviable heights among the comity of states.
He said “Agriculture will be the bedrock of our administration as I believe that banishment of hunger will lead his agenda for the state. We have fertile land and young and vibrant youths, so what we need doing is to explore these and develop the individuals and state.
“Our administration will be youth-oriented as we will make sure that they reach their full potentials and be internationally recognized and accepted. The youths are priority and they must never e taken for granted.
In the aspect of education, the President of Osun Ajose foundation stated that the beautiful edifices that Ogbeni Aregbesola has put in place in the state will be consolidated with trainings for the teachers and other stakeholders involved in the education affairs of our students.
“Education is a gateway to development and it must be professionally handled. We will work hard to make sure the investment the present regime has done in the aspect of education and we will surely consolidate it”.
