The Liberation Movement of Nigeria has commended the activities of one of the Osun 2018 Governorship Hopefuls, Dr. Benedict Olugboyega Alabi in the area of empowerment of youths, women and artisans in the state.
The Coordinator of the movement, Comrade Akeem and the Director of Contact and mobilization Comrade Soladoye Olusola jointed stated while speaking with the correspondence of Insight Media in Osogbo.
The coordinator said that he is optimistic that if Dr. Alabi emerges the governor of our Osun state, it will just be a bigger avenue to serve people more as he has been in the service to them before he started vying for the seat.
Comrade Akeem said “We are here to pay Dr. Alabi a courtesy visit and to express our delights for all he has been doing for the people of our group and the state at large. His empowerment programmes for young, old and artisans are commendable and life-impacting. We have also come today to liaise how we can partner to empower another set of people and he has shown positive reaction towards that”.
While speaking, the Director of Contacts and mobilization of the movement, Comrade Olusola said their visit is never political but developmental as they have just come to dialogue another way to develop the people of the state.
He said “Our coming here today is never political but developmental. We are here to discuss how another set of individuals will be empowered and we give kudos to Dr. Alabi for showing positive reaction”.
