Barrister Otobong Bob, aspirant vying to represent Nsit Ubium state constituency in the state house of assembly come 2019, has taken his campaign tour to Nsit Ubium local government chapter of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He was received by Hon. Aniefiok Johnny the chapter chairman of PDP NSIT Ubium alongside other chapter executives of the party who were physically present during the consultation.
One of the elders said “the consultation became necessary given the unfolding air of mass endorsement and support thrown behind him by the Elders, women and youth of NSIT Ubium far and near.”
In his words, Barr. Otobong Bob thanked the party executives for their turn-out as he seeks the support of the party, he also promised to be very determined in making sure that the dividends of democracy is brought to the grass root.
Noting that for the people of NSIT Ubium to have such a representative like Barr. Onofiok Luke, is a blessing to them and that there must be a better replacement who will also toe the same path of effective representation come 2019.
The Party chairman in his response, promised that the party is poised to support the political ambition of Barrister Otobong Bob, to become the next house of assembly member come 2019.
In his observation, Chief Ibiok made mention of Barrister Otobong Bob’s inherent content, capacity and experience to represent the people of NSIT Ubium in the state house of assembly come 2019.
