Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Sulaimon Lasun Yussuff has perfected arrangements and plans for the declaration of his governorship ambition under All Progressives Congress tomorrow, Thursday, 7th of June, 2018

Oladimeji added that the Deputy Speaker’s train will storm the APC secretariat in Osogbo, Osun State with his supporters in line with the party directive that each aspirant should pick a date to visit exco of the party and make their intention publicly before party supporters
The statement reads in part, “Few weeks back, the party call all APC aspirants for a meeting and resolved that each aspirant should appear before the party exco to signify their intention.
“Deputy Speaker said that since the campaign has started he would do everything possible to get the ticket of the party to contest in the September election.
He added that Lasun Yussuff has all it takes to defeat all his counterparts in APC and subsequently coast home victory in the September 22nd election.
“Have gone round Osun State three times before now, he is ready to defeat any candidate that will contest with him at the primary election coming up in July.
“Now that the party has lifted ban on campaign in the state, Osun people would soon know the stuff Rt Hon Lasun Yussuff is made of, merit is what we should strive to achieve.
“We hereby appeal to Osun people not to allow mediocre to deceive them again and that it is better to work together and fight a common enemies who are head bent at destroying the state.
He is full of optimism that APC will September election if right candidate is presented, therefore, delegates should shine their eyes very well and ensure that they vote for him.
