The Osun State Governorship candidate of African Democratic Congress (ADC), Alhaji Fatai Akinbade has described Eid-l-Kabir as a celebration of God’s faithfulness and endurance by Muslims across the globe.
Akinbade in his congratulatory to Muslims, said the lesson of endurance enshrined in the celebration, should be imbibed all faithful.
“Eid-l-kabir is not only a celebration of faithfulness of God, but also a celebration of steadfastness, endurance and resultant success and triumph over adversities arising from perseverance”
“Muslims all over the world and most especially Muslims and all residents of Osun State, will live to enjoy a state devoid of government induced hardship” he assured
According to the governorship hopeful,the ADC administration in the state under his headship, would strive to make life conducive for the people of the state on all fronts
“The ADC government will put an end to poverty, hunger and joblessness ravaging the land. It is our collective responsibility to vote for the government with people focused programmes come September 22, 2018. Allah in his infinite mercy, will continue to shower on us, His blessings and guidance” Akinbade prayed.
Meanwhile,the ADC gubernatorial candidate has once again, congratulated the Chairman and members of the League of Imams and Alfas as well as Muslims in the state for celebrating the 1439 AH Eid-l-Kabir.
