The Federal Executives Council on Friday at a special session approved the 2019 appropriation bill.
The budget accordinf to the Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udo Udoma is estimated to be 8.6trillion naira.
The Minister said the next line of action is to liaise with the National Assembly to pick a date for the presentation by President Muhammadu Buhari for the legislative work.
This year estimate is 20m shorter than 2018 estimate presented by the President before the lawmakers reviewed it to 9.12tr.
