Senator Dino melaye recently tweeted several tweets on his verified Twitter handle over blockages at his Street in his residential home in Mississippi Maitama Abuja by unknown men ranging up to twenty in mufti with trucks packed at his gate and having said a man putting on jallabia been moving back and forth his house on several occasions.
In his earlier Tweet few days back he accused the inspector general of police of plotting to arrest him and inject him to death. He said in his Tweet “There is a plan by the IG to arrest me today and inject me to death. Men deployed already. CP kogi and others removed. Nigerians watch out” .
Earlier today there was reports that the commissioner of police in Kogi has been changed.
According to the embattled senator representing Kogi West senatorial district he had earlier tweeted the presence of police men to secure all entrance to his house with no order to arrest him. He said in his Tweet “All entrances to my residence in Mississippi have been secured by the police that claim there is no order to arrest me. One truck by centagon school too. Media and Nigerians take note. We have pictures of those involved.”
Later he tweeted about the police leaving. He said “They have just zoomed off the trucks leaving 3 men at different end of my street wearing black”.
According to his last post he said the unknown men has forcefully gained entrance into his compound and said theres camera recording of the scenario has they want to plan guns in his house.
He said in separate Tweet “They have forcefully entered my compound” in another Tweet he tweeted “Cameras recording. They are trying to plant guns in the cars outside. We are watching”
The police has not said anything yet on this as at of when filling this report and the reason and details of the Tweet and blockages has not been ascertained yet.
