The office of the Independent National Electoral Commission on Oyigbo local government area of Rivers State was this morning set ablaze by unknown hoodlums.
Properties whose worth has not been estimated burnt while other sensitive materials were also destroyed. 
The perpetrators are still at large but no life lost to the incident.
Some residents of the state believe that the hoodlums were sponsored by some disgruntled politicians in the state.
