A Federal High Court sitting in Yola, Adamawa state has ordered the All Progressives Congress rep-elect for Yola South/Yola North/Girei Federal Constituency, Abdurrauf Abubakar Modibbo to vacate seat for Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Jaafaru Sulaiman Ribadu who was the runner up in the general election.
The court said the primary election that produced the lawmaker as inconclusive.
