A Federal House of Representatives member-elect, Mr Garba Muhammad Butalawa, has been confirmed dead.
Butalawa who won February 23rd election under the platform of the All Progressives Congress to represent Kura, Madobi and Garun Mallam federal constituency of Kano state, was announces dead late on Sunday.
He died at the Prime Clinic, Lamido Crescent on Saturday at around 2:30pm, his personal driver, Balarabe Shehu Butalawa confirmed this to The Nation.
The House of Reps elect died after a protracted illness.
