Kaduna State governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai has been declared the winner of the election held in the state.
El-Rufai, who’s the candidate of the All Progressives Congress polled 1,045,247 to defeat his closest rival, Isah Ashiru of the Peoples Democratic Party who has 814,168 votes.
