House of Representatives Member-elect for Irepodun/Olorunda/Orolu/Osogbo federal constituency, Hon. Bukola Oyewo has described Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as an iconic leader whose legacies will forever be fresh in the minds of the people of Osun.
Oyewo stated this while congratulating the Former Governor of the State of Osun on his 62nd birthday on Friday in Osogbo.
The lawmaker-elect who lauded Ogbeni Aregbesola for what he described as numerous projects aimed at giving us the modern Osun that we have today, said the APC leader has successfully engraved his name as a worthy ambassador of Yoruba Nation.
“On behalf of myself and the good people of Irepodun/Olorunda/Orolu/Osogbo federal constituency, I congratulate our iconic leader, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on his 62nd birthday.
“Leader sir, your life has been a source of motivation, inspiration and joy for millions of people not only in Osun but across the globe as you have demonstrated a thorough Omoluabi teachings.
“You remain the father of the modern Osun that everyone is enjoying today and we will forever remember your existence as source of inspiration, motivation and joy for us.
“You have made us proud even at the national political sphere and we will continue praying for your well-being and increase wisdom as we move on in lives”, he added.
Oyewo prayed to God to grant Aregbesola strength and wisdom as he opened another chapter in life.
