The Member representing Irepodun/Olorunda/Orolu/Osogbo Federal Constituency in the Green Chambers in Abuja, Hon. Olubukola Oyewo (Bukoy) has Congratulated the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba. Jimoh Olanipekun Larooye(III), the Chiefs and the People of Osogbo on the occasion of this year’s Osun Osogbo World Festival which the event program will commence this week.
Oyewo made this known via a statement made available to the newsmen today in Osogbo.
He stated that the significance of the festival to the socio-economic lives of Osogbo people can not be over-emphazised as it has a rich cultural background.

As always, Osun Osogbo helps traders, artisans and market women to generate more revenue during the festival with the presence of visitors from all over the world to witness the festival which is the world heritage site approved by the UNESCO.
