President Muhammadu Buhari has finally forwarded the list of ministerial nominees to Senate for confirmation.
There are 43 nominees by the President.
On the list announced by Senate President Ahmed Lawan are former ministers Babatunde Fashola, Rotimi Amaechi, Ogbonnaya Onu, Chris Ngige, Hadi Sirika and Musa Bello
Also on the list are former Governors Rauf Aregbesola(Osun) George Akume(Benue) Timipre Sylva(Bayelsa), Adeniyi Adebayo(Ekiti), Godswill Akpabio (Akwa Ibom).
In no particular order, we have
Chris Ngige, Festus Keyamo, Uche Ogah, Emeka Nwajuiba, Sadiya Farouk , Sharon Ikeazor and Akpa Udo.
Timipre Sylva, Adamu Adamu, Lai Mohammed, Shewuye (Borno), Isa Pantami, Gbemi Saraki, Ramatu Tijani, Clement Abam
Also on the lis are Sunday Dare, Geofrey Onyeama, Tayo Alasaodura, Olorunminbe Mamora, Mohammed Abdullahi, Maryam Katagun, Zainab Ahmed, Sabo Nano, Sale Mamman and Zubair Dada.
Olamilekan Adegbite, Sadiya Farouk, Abubakar Aliyu, Paulen Tallen, Muhammed Maigari, Bashir Magaji, Abubakar Malami Osagie Enahere and Mustapha Buba.
Lawan said screening of the nominees commences tomorrow.
