President Muhammadu Buhari today, August 28th, participated in the Opening Session and Plenary of the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development holding in Yokohama, Japan.
President Buhari was joined at the opening session by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, African Union Chairperson and President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-sisi and other African Leaders.
