Former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu was on Saturday stoned with eggs and beaten by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra at an event in Nuremberg, Germany.
Ekweremadu, who was invited to the event organized by Ndi Igbo community in Germany, as guest speaker had barely arrived before the attack was unleashed on him.
According to a video obtained by Insight media, the aggrieved Igbo youths were seen using egg to stone the ex DSP as his cloth was also tore. He was later rescued and whisked away from his hosts turned assailants.
