Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Mr Timi Frank has said that he’s ready to meet the Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo in court to prove the 90bn naira allegation he ( Frank) levelled against him but the Vice President must resign.

Frank stated this during a live interview on Channel Television’s Sunrise Daily programme on Thursday.

Frank had on Monday, September 23 alleged Osinbajo of collecting a huge sum of 90bn from the Federal Inland Revenue Service to prosecute the 2019 elections.

He said, “Osinbajo should resign his appointment. He can’t be the Vice President and be in court. The immunity is not put there by him but by the Constitution of Nigeria.

When asked if he has facts to substantiate his allegations, Frank said, “he has said we should go to court, when we get there, we shall reveal all the documents and the sources.

“During the last administration, I made several revelations about the corruption in different sectors and none was found to be false.”

Osinbajo has on Wednesday threatened to waive his immunity as the Vice President and face trail to clear his name.
