he Farmers’ Association in Osun on Saturday held this year’s annual Harvest Bounty Festival in Osogbo to showcase their harvest and also reward those with largest produce in different categories.
This year’s edition featured a lecture on theme “The future of Nigeria, agricultural sector in review.”
The event which held in Osogbo was well-attended as it drew participants from different parts of the country in to the capital city of Osun.
The association also used the event to present awards to farmers with exceptional farm produce as a way of motivating them and spurring others to invest more in the sector.
Chief Hakeem Adelodun was given the award of Farmer with Highest Yam Produce.
