A middle-aged man whose area of expertise is stealing of female underwear has met his water-loo as he’s been caught in the act.
The yet-to-be identified man, who stole panties belonging to a pregnant woman was nabbed on Friday, October 18, at Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai in Niger State.
Though the suspect’s motive of stealing the panties has not been revealed but feelers believe he does it to make money by selling it. He has already been handed over to the police.
