The Osun State Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Ige has confirmed the of three Chinese expatriates.
The expatriates were on Monday abducted by some gunmen in Itagunmodi, Atakunmosa East local government area of the State.
The expatriates were said to be working at a mining site located in the town when they were attacked. The police orderly attached to them was reportedly killed during the attack
It was further learnt that one of the expatriates, who attempted to escape, was shot.
He was said to be receiving treatment at the OAU Teaching Hospital, Ile Ife.
