Justice Okon Abang of Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has reduced the bail granted former Chairman of Presidential Pension Reform Task Force, Mr Abdurrosheed Maina to 500m naira.
Justice Abang has in November last year granted Maina bail to the tune of N1bn and a serving senator in the likely sum.
However, the court maintained that Maina must present a surety in likely sum and must be a serving senator.
