It is not arguable that injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Ahmed Al-Khair who was brutally killed after a long torture in illegal detention has finally received Justice for his Death in Sudan. The level of injustice and militarism was so obvious under the government of president Omar Al-Bashar who has been ruling South Sudan since 1989.

As a result of the enormous poverty and economic breakdown in the country, hundreds of people toot to the street to protest against the government in December 2018. However among those captured by the police, a teacher, named Ahmed Al-Khair was a victim of death.

In spite of these criminal act of the government and intelligence officers, no one talks about justice until president Bashar was overthrown in a military coup by joint forces in April 2019. Afterwards, the Transitional Military-Civilian Council began to restructure the economy of the country and thus put justice in action.

By early December last year, president Bashar was sentenced to two years imprisonment for corruption. And on Monday 30th of December, 2019, about 30 Intelligence Officers sentenced to death on the killing of Ahmed Al-Khair. This happened to be the first death sentence passed since the beginning of the Transitional Ruling Government in April last year.
