Report from Saudi Arabia has confirmed that Ramadan 2020 will be completed on Saturday, May 23, while the Eid-l-Fitri celebration will be on Sunday.
The reports reads “The higher judiciary council of Saudi Arabia has announced that no moon has been sighted today. Thus 30 days of fasting will be completed.
Eid-Ul-Fitr 2020 will be celebrated on May 24.”
Ramadan is expected to end when the moon for the commencement of Shawwal is sighted or after counting 30 days.
Ramadan started on Friday, April 24.
