It was a jubilation galore for the people of Oke Iragbiji and Segudu community as they received Cheques for the commencement of extension of electrification pole and dredging of borehole for the community from the Osun Agency for Community and Social Development Project.
The presentation was done at Oke Iragbiji Grammar School due to the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The General Manager of CSDP, Mrs. Funmi Abokede admonished the community to use the money for the purpose it is meant for and to ensure that there is thorough supervision of the project.
She explained to the people that her agency will not thread softly with their community if the money is misappropriated.
Representative of the party Chairman, Hon Adeniran Adebayo who also doubles as the Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), appreciated Governor Adegboyega Oyetola for his contributions towards the 10% required to actualize this feat.
In attendance at the event were Personal Assistant to the Governor, Alhaji Kazeem Akolawole, Alh Bolarinwa, Baale Oke Iragbiji Community who is also CDC State treasurer, Mrs Afolabi Fasilat.
