Four people have been confirmed dead while one other is in unstable condition after a tragic incident that occurred at Reachman Estate, beside AGGS School, Asaba, Delta state.
It was gathered that the unconscious man is the one that rented the apartment three days ago.
The cause of the incident still remain unknown as at the time of filing this report.
Police and other health workers are presently handling the situation at the estate.
