A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has fixed December 4 for a member of the House of Representatives Kaura Namoda Federal Constituency, Umar Dan Galadima, who stood surety for Maina’s son, Faisal, to show cause why he should not be remanded or made to forfeit N60m bail bond to FG.

Justice Okon Abang fixed the date on Wednesday as Faisal has refused to appear in the court again.

The court will today hear the bail application filed by Senator Ali Ndume, who was remanded in prison by the court following the disappearance of AbdulRosheed Maina.

Maina was remanded in Kuje on Monday by Justice Abang.

Faisal is also standing trial over alleged diversion of public funds into his accounts.
