Early morning today, Governor Babagana Umara Zulum thoughtfully paid a private visit to check on the three children of his spokesman, Malam Isa Gusau, who has returned to a University in the UK, for one year post graduate programme on strategic communication, digital media and public relations.

Zulum went to the residence in Abuja, Thursday, where Gusau’s family have been since 2009, and met the kids before they left for a sporting day at school.

Former Governor Kashim Shettima had paid similar visit few days ago to check on Gusau’s family.

Isa Gusau, a staunch loyalist and media strategist for both leaders, had in 2019, concluded plans to return to school after the tenure of former governor Kashim Shettima, before he was asked to defer school, so he could use one year to supervise the setting up of a strong media structure for Professor Zulum who had just assumed leadership.
