Governor of Osun State, Mr Gboyega Oyetola seems to be taking extra caution to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the state.
It was gathered that the governor during the weekend ordered all his cabinet members and close associates and staff of the Government House to undergo a compulsory COVID-19 tests.
A notice sighted by InsightMedia at the entrance of the governor’s office shows that Oyetola will not be meeting any cabinet member or visitor whose COVID-19 status is unknown.
The notice, which was signed by the Osun Public health, reads, “no COVID-19 status, no entry.”
According to insider at the Government office, Oyetola has reduced his public appearances to only important events and is only attending to visitors whose COVID-19 status is known in accordance with the notice.
