Barely a week after the death of Olufon of Ifon-Orolu, Oba Almaroof Adekunle Magbagbeola, another traditional ruler in Osun state, the Alabere of Abere, Oba Abdulkareem Sanusi Adefemi, Abiade 1, has joined his ancestors.
The monarch passed on after a brief illness on Tuesday night at a private hospital in Osogbo, the state capital.
Information regarding the cause of his death was still sketchy as at the time of filing this report.
According to the source, Oba Adefemi was the first Alabere of Abere following his upgrading from the village chief to the king by the state government of Osun.
