• There is no such thing in Offa Poly – Management

The Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Dr Lateef Adetunji has been berated by a staff of the school over alleged sexual escapades and siphoning fund through creation of a first lady Office in the institution.

In an open letter to the Federal Ministry of Education written and signed by Olu George and made available to journalists, Dr Adetunji was alleged of having affairs with women staff of the institution, including wife of his colleague, with whom they studied together in the UK

The letter alleged that Dr Adetunji apart from having illicit relationship with Mrs Bankole, he was also alleged to have illegally created a first lady’s office, though shut by his legal wife, it was used to siphon fund and commit atrocities

Mrs Bankole-Shittu

“It is now over-ripped to intimate the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Federal Ministry of Education, the Federal Government Visitation Panel to the Federal Polytechnic, Offa and of course, the Nigerian public in general with the exposure of the unprecedented prostitution galore going on in the Federal Polytechnic, Offa between the rector of the institution, “Dr” Lateef Ademola Olatunji (pictured above) and the wife of one of his colleagues in the polytechnic, Mrs Aminat Adebukunola Bankole-Shittu, a former bursary staff of the institution, recently converted by Lateef to academics in the department of accountancy.

“We are now seriously nervous more than ever before under the unprecedented and unbridled sex onslaught by Lateef Olatunji against married women of the Federal Polytechnic, Offa thereby destroying and breaking the homes of his several victims in the polytechnic – in fact, he has made life very sour for many families who remain silent now, for the fear of being stigmatised in the polytechnic community and the society at large.

“We call on the federal government as a matter of urgency to speedily step-in and curtail the wave of excessive sexual clampdown (of a distressing proportion) on married women who are staff of this institution.

“As it now stands, many married women staffers in the polytechnic have been unfortunately reduced to his mongering victims and sex mistresses luring them with all sort of official enticements and pecuniary baits “to draw them near”, destroying their homes and creating bad public images on these victims and stigmatising their families including their children

“To achieve these, he adopted an unprecedented procedure of creating a “First Lady” outfit in the polytechnic for his wife, Kemi Olatunji who resides in the United States, in order to recruit married women into this informal-wing of the polytechnic system absolutely funded with his disingenuously embezzled funds from the polytechnic’s coffers, inflated contracts and supplies, and the manipulations of students fees (through shady deals).

When Lateef Olatunji’s wife discovered this criminal strategy (the “first lady”), and deciphered it as an avenue for her husband’s criminal and immoral indulgence to having outrageous sexual relationship with his targeted married women prey, she single-handedly disbanded the first lady outfit created by the rector.

“However, Lateef had already done the “damages”. He has already entrenched his unchecked hypersexual libidinal urge against his victims and thus painting the Federal Ministry of Education, the Federal Polytechnic – Offa, and the entire Nigeria’s academic world black before the eyes, mind and thoughts of the public”, the letter reads.

Reacting to the Letter, Director of Information of the polytechnic, Mr Iroye said that the allegations are untrue.

“All the allegations are untrue, there is no polytechnic you get to and you will see the office of the first lady” he said

He explained that the wife of the rector was a former staff of the institutions but has ceased to be a staff since she relocated out of the country.
