The National Reconciliation Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has arrived the Osogbo, the Osun State capital with the aim of putting an end to the crisis between the Governor, Gboyega Oyetola and his predecessor and Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola.
It was gathered that the APC National Reconciliation Committee led by its Chairman, Senator Adamu Abdullahi, stormed the Government House on Saturday morning to resolved the issues lingering around the party in the state.
Sources within the Oke-Fia Government House told InsightMedia that the committee are currently meeting with the Governor.
Those that were present to receive the visitors include the APC Party Chairman, Prince Gboyega Famodun, Hon. Sunday Akere, Deputy Chief of Staff, Hon. Binuyo, Hon. Debo Badru, Commissioner for Information, Funke Egbemode, and among others.
InsightMedia also gathered that the committee will be meeting with members of Aregbesola’s group, The Osun Progressives later.
