The Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State capital has dismissed the suit filed by the Osun Progressives, a group within the Osun State All Progressives Congress loyal to the former Governor, Rauf Aregbesola.
The suit which is seeking the recognition of its ward Congress as the authentic APC Congress held in August 2021 was dismissed by Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel on Wednesday.
