Former Secretary to Osun State Government, Alhaji Moshood Adeoti has submitted his nomination form to contest for the governorship ticket of the All Progressives Congress.
Adeoti, who is determined to square it up with Governor Gboyega Oyetola, submitted his nomination form at the APC national headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday.
He was accompanied by leaders of the Osun Progressives led by Reverend Adelowo Adebiyi, Former Commissioner in the State, Kolapo Alimi, Mr Gbenga Akano, among others.
Adeoti has the support of the Osun Progressives, a group loyal to former Governor Rauf Aregbesola and he was preferred to former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Lasun Yusuff and former Speaker of the Osun Assembly, Najeem Salaam.
