An All Progressives Congress(APC) leader in Olaoluwa Local Government Council Area of Osun State, Brigadier General Lekan Adeniran (rtd), has lauded the developmental strides of the state Governor Gboyega Oyetola across the nooks and crannies of the state.
Adeniran in an interview with newsmen at Bodeosi during a visit of the state governor to the local government council area yesterday disclosed that Governor Oyetola has indeed been adding value to the developmental architecture of the state.
The Asamu-born retired military officer-turned politician hinted that the gentle and steady nature of the governor are worthwhile attributes of any political leader who targets excellence.
He stated that the befitting honour that could be done for the governor is to allow him to serve for another four years in the overall interest of the development of the state.
The retired Army General commended his people for trooping out in their numbers to welcome Mr Governor to his constituency yesterday.
He enjoined the people of his community to continue their unalloyed support for the administration of Governor Oyetola in order for him to further improve the numerous developmental visions and missions in the state.
Adeniran disclosed that he was moved with the open display of ethos of genuine Omoluabi by his people through their comportment during the governor’s visit.
The APC chieftain charged his people to double their efforts for the re-election of Governor Oyetola in the forthcoming governorship election in few months’ time.
He reminded his people who are having an axe to grind against one another to give peace a chance and work in unison for Oyetola’s re-election.
The one-star retired Army General hinted that it was only an ingrate who would oppose the re-election of Governor Oyetola who has been making steady efforts to improve the fortune of the state.
