The lawmaker representing Irepodun, Olorunda, Orolu, Osogbo Federal Constituency, Olubukola Oyewo (Bukoy) has declared that his tenure has sustained the execution of key projects aimed at improving the socioeconomic status in his constituency in three years in office.
Oyewo, in a statement on Sunday in Osogbo, said his representation has delivered basic infrastructure and amenities that will help his constituents to thrive in the present economy.
The federal legislator added that he is leaving no stone unturned in fulfilling his campaign promises made to the good people of Oṣogbo Federal Constituency.
“Over 200 physical infrastructure projects have been completed, while several other major public amenities spread across the Constituency are currently undergoing wholesale transformation”, Oyewo said.
“Some of these projects include construction and rehabilitation of roads, sinking of boreholes, building of ultramodern public toilets, construction and equipping of classroom blocks, provision of power distribution transformers and massive construction of drainage channels and erosion control systems.
“These projects, facilitated by my humble, are spread across virtually all communities within Oṣogbo Federal Constituency. I have engaged in critical interventions aimed at preventing loss of lives and properties in our constituency.
“I was able to achieve all these strides within a short space of time. I can assure all our people that the state of public infrastructure in Oṣogbo/Olorunda/Irepodun/Orolu Federal Constituency can only get better with Bukoy at the helm of affairs.”
Oyewo called called on people of the State to continue supporting Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and to reelect him in the July 16 governorship elections.
Oyewo was elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress in 2019.
