Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Lasun Yusuff has joined Labour Party, two weeks after dumping the All Progressives Congress.
Lasun has also picked the Osun State governorship ticket of the party and is set to replace the formerly nominated candidate of the party, Mr Oyekan Akingbade.
Lasun was unveiled by the party leadership on Thursday at a press conference held at the NUJ Press Center in Osogbo, the State capital.
Lasun dumped the All Progressives Congress two weeks ago having lost the party’s primary election to incumbent Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
