At least one person has been injured as some thugs engaged in fighting at the State party secretariat of the People’s Democratic Party in Osogbo on Sunday.
The unknown thugs opened fire at one another as members of the party have gathered for a reception ceremony for some people defecting into the party.
InsightMedia Correspondent who was present at the scene reported that the hoodlums shot sporadically into the air to scare away the PDP members. One of them got injured during the crisis.
Police have however taken over the control and atmosphere is calm. The programme is ongoing as expected.
