The case filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Chieftain, Kayode Ojo, challenging the victory of the Ekiti State Governor-elect, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji during APC primary election has been struck out.
The presiding judge, Justice Babs Kuewumi said that,the statement of claim presented before the court was defective.
