The Osun State chapter have suspended another set of party leaders in Ayedaade local government area of the state over allegations of anti-party.
The State Caretaker Chairman of the PDP, Dr Adekunle Akindele, in a statement on Friday evening released the names of the eight leaders of the Party, who were associates of the expelled former governorship candidate, Prince Dotun Babayemi.
The statement obtained by InsightMedia read, “The Osun State Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) hereby notifies members of the public that the under-listed party members from Ayedaade Local Government have been suspended by their respective Wards in the Local Government for their anti-party activities, amongst others, and the said suspension, having been ratified by the Caretaker Committee of our great Party for the Local Government, the State Caretaker Committee hereby approved of same.
“Towards this end, members of the public are hereby cautioned from dealing with the said suspended members or transacting any business with them as members of the PDP while their suspension lasts and while further actions are being awaited as regards their suspension.
The said suspended members are:

2.Chief Segun Odekunmi
3.Mr. Munirudeen Adekunle
4.Hon Ajayi Solomon
5.Hon Adelani Ajanaku
6.Hon Kamorudeen Ojo Elegunmeje
7.Barr.Kehinde Adesiyan
8.Hon. Aliyu Adeyanju
InsightMedia had reported that the PDP expelled Babayemi from the party in September.
