The House of Assembly member representing Osogbo State Constituency, Taofeek Badamasi Abolubode has congratulated the newly elected Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and Councillors across the three councils in his Constituency and the State at large.
InsightMedia reported that the Governor, Mr Gboyega Oyetola on Monday sworn in 69 Chairmen across local government areas and local council development authority in the State. The council officials were elected on Saturday.
In his congratulatory message obtained by InsightMedia on Tuesday, Badamosi, who is seeking reelection on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, described their emergence as a call for more service and loyalty to the Party.
“Your inauguration as Executive Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of your respective local government areas has shown that another journey of three years as helmsmen of your people’s affairs has just commenced. While I congratulate you on your victorious outing at the polls, I wish to tell you that your enthronement calls for more service.
“Like our Amiable Governor has charged you, I want to join him in calling you to be magnanimous in victory and ensure you work with your co-contestants at the primaries as they have also shown readiness to serve the people. Kindly work with them as you discharge your duties.

“As our party goes into the general elections, it is obvious that you have huge assignment before you to ensure you deliver your domain to the All Progressives Congress. This can only be achieved through unity and purposeful leadership provider by you.” The lawmaker said.
Badamosi also lauded Governor Oyetola for providing platform for local government areas to flourish, stating that “historical will continues to be kind with our governor”.
